Fulvia Coupé Rallye 1.6 HF

La prima Fulvia Coupé nasce nel 1965 dal progetto di Piero Castagnero. L'allora responsabile del Centro Stile Lancia si ispira alle forme dei motoscafi Riva e progetta un'elegante berlina sportiva a 2 posti più 2 posti con un abitacolo luminoso, caratterizzato da ampie superfici vetrate e da parabrezza e lunotto molto più inclinati rispetto alla versione berlina. La prima Fulvia Coupé monta un motore 4 cilindri da 1216 cm³ da 80 cavalli, che aumenta presto di cilindrata a 1,3 e poi a 1,6 litri.

Dalla Fulvia Coupé nascono così le versioni HF, destinate alle corse: vetture più essenziali nelle finiture, senza paraurti, dotate di portiere e cofani in alluminio e con motori potenziati. La prima HF nasce con il motore da 1216 cm³ portato a 88 cavalli, con cambio a 4 marce (435 esemplari dal '66 al '67); seguì la 1.3 HF con parafanghi allargati e 101 CV (882 esemplari tra il '68 e il '69, su questi ultimi fu sperimentato un cambio a 5 marce). Nel 1969 arrivò la 1.6 HF detta "Fanalone" (o "Fanalona") per i suoi fari abbaglianti originali più grandi: raggiunse i 115 cavalli (130 con la variante 1016) e fu costruita in 1258 esemplari, più venti riservati alla Squadra Corse.

La Lancia esposta è un rarissimo esemplare di Fulvia Coupé Rallye 1.6 HF "Lusso" in quanto è sempre appartenuta a una famiglia, risultando in tre proprietari, madre, padre e in seguito il figlio. La vettura è stata immatricolata per la prima volta nel marzo 1970 a Catania, in Sicilia, da allora questa splendida auto è sempre rimasta a Catania e accudita dalla stessa famiglia.

Si presenta nel bellissimo colore originale Jamaica Blue (restaurato) con interni in pelle nera, ha 73.500Km originali in quanto è sempre stata usata per brevi tragitti. Sono presenti i documenti e gli attrezzi originali dell'epoca c'è anche la certificazione di originalità "Targa Oro".

The first Fulvia Coupé was born in 1965 from the design of Piero Castagnero. The then head of Lancia's Style Center was inspired by the shapes of Riva speedboats, and designed an elegant 2-plus 2-seater sports sedan with a light-filled cabin, characterized by large windows and a much more inclined windshield and rear window than the sedan version. The first Fulvia Coupé mounts a 4-cylinder 1216 cm3 engine with 80 horsepower, which soon increases in displacement to 1.3 and then to 1.6 liters.
Thus, from the Fulvia Coupé came the HF versions, intended for racing: cars that were more essential in their finish, without bumpers, equipped with aluminum doors and hoods and with upgraded engines. The first HF was born with the 1216 cm³ engine increased to 88 horsepower, with a 4-speed gearbox (435 examples from '66 to '67); this was followed by the 1.3 HF with enlarged fenders and 101 hp (882 examples between '68 and '69, on the last ones a 5-speed gearbox was experimented with). The Lancia on display is a very rare example of Fulvia Coupé Rallye 1.6 HF "Lusso" in that it has always belonged to one family, resulting in three owners, mother, father and later the son. The car is first registered in March 1970 in Catania, Sicily since that time this beautiful car has always remained in Catania and cared for by the same family.
It comes in the beautiful original color Jamaica Blue (restored) with black leather interior, has 73,500Km original as it has always been used for short trips. The original documents and tools of the time are present there is also the certification of originality "Targa Oro".
